VERY poor custumer service or service…

VERY poor custumer service or service point. I ordered on the 30th of march, they charged me on the 31st, no email, no follow up. I wrote to them 3 weeks later; no response no follow up. Its now the 4th of may, I called; voicemail. I’m trying to chat with someone, someone is answering, ssssooooo sssssllllooowwwwllllllyyyyyy, its been an 1h30, and i still have no clue whats going on. Its been more than a month they charged me and still i haven’t received the produces… Dont buy there, not worth ur time n agravation…

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they have very poor customer service and are not helpful at all, especially the customer service section of this organization. I ordered there on March 12, 2022, did not receive the merchandise, they are charging me 10% to cancel the order as they apparently incurred cost. They were not helpful at all. They keep advertising the item in question and it is not available, it is back order indefinetely.....

I ordered two MC 1500 Massage chairs…

I ordered two MC 1500 Massage chairs when I noticed my mistake I contacted the company and they immediately refunded the first chair, that made me feel like I was dealing with a very reputable company. The chair is exactly what I ordered. I knew the price and the size and dimensions of the chair because it was mentioned in their literature. I ordered the MC 1500, with the weight of 227 pounds. You will need to have two if not three Personnel to move the chair. The chair came very well packaged, fit it through the front door and was easy to set up. I attach the legs attachment, plugged it in and started using immediately. I’m happy with the performance of the chair and look forward to many future uses.I do have to mention that I ordered the chair on 4 February and it was not delivered to the 25th but I was able to track the shipping on Shopify and knew that the delay was due to unforeseen circumstances of the company and a trucker strike. Remember know what you’re ordering and then you’ll be happy with your order. I am extremely happy Recommend this company if you want a bigger chair pay a bigger price. Thanks again and I hope this review will allow people to make an informed decision.

Incredible top to bottom

Had the pleasure of dealing directly with the owner of the company (Jason). Was extremely engaging and delivered exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I was concerned with how to set up and he had his delivery crew take care of everything for me on delivery. I would recommend Relaxacare to anyone who’s looking for a chair, there knowledge alone on there products blew me away!

Excellent Experience

Excellent Experience Jason the owner of Relaxacare, was so helpful, which chair would best suit me and and my budget. It was like l had known him all my life. The delivery men were so polite, they took off their boots, set it up the chair and explained how to operate the chair. Excellent service and I saved a lot of money !!!! Thank you Relaxacare.
