My chair was broken within three months, they sent a replacement part which broke immediately, and since then have been dodging calls before finally advising us that the manufacture was the issue, and they would not assist. They do not honour their warranties.

I purchased my sauna from relaxacare a little while ago. I did some google searching and found them because I live in burlington. Walked in and was helped out by Alesha. Super helpful. I ended up purchasing a demo model. Large 4 person sauna. Best part was their white glove service. Ryan their delivery guy was great! Since then I’ve purchased my red lights and massage chair from them.
