I recently purchased a York thick grip barbell from Relaxacare, and while I encountered some delays in shipping due to the unique dimensions and weight of the item, the outstanding customer service I received more than made up for it.Initially, I must admit, my expectations were not met, and I found myself on the verge of canceling the order. Scam and fraudulent company. Their Google reviews are fake bots and you can search all the negative feedback and comments about their owner Jason including several customers who have a restraining order against him. They use bullying tactics to threaten any customers that leave a negative review. I purchased my item February 9 but did not receive any shipping notification or contact for 2 weeks after my purchase. When I contacted the company I didn't not receive a response. I had to send multiple messages before finally receiving a tracking number which showed no progress for another week. I finally started doing so digging into the company and could all the negative reviews and their 1 star rating on BBB. I filed a charge back with my credit card company and then was immediately contacted by Jason who as per all of the other feedback, threatened me with legal action and a lawsuit and accusing me of an "illegal" charge back. Although that threat may work on some of his customers I am a lawyer and know that his threats of a lawsuit and legal action have no merit and that his company's terms and conditions are illegal and therefore invalid so don't fall for his bullying tactics.
I have been wanting a massage chair for a while, but today I found the perfect one, great quality and the price really good. The staff Jason and Alyssa were really helpful and provide my with a really good offer. Thank you guys!!!
I visited the Relaxacare showroom in the hopes of purchasing a demo model massage chair that was on sale, but I was informed that it had just been purchased by someone else. Alyssa helped me to test a similar model, found out that a recent return could also qualify as a demo model and gave me a fantastic price on it. I was able to purchase a better model for the same demo price as the original that I had wanted. The massage chair was delivered by the end of the week by a great team. Thanks to everyone at Relaxacare! The chair was a gift for my mom and she loves it!
I visited the showroom and alyssa helped me. She was very knowledgeable and got me a great deal. The budget part of me wanted to buy a 2d, she showed me 3d and thank god she did because i like that one alot more since i can adjust the intensity! Would definitely would reccomend.
