We purchased a two person sauna and had it delivered to our home. We purchased the white glove package and were very pleased with the results. They called the day of the delivery to remind us of the delivery and called again an hour before arrival.My wife and I live alone and are seniors. It would have been very difficult for us to move it downstairs by ourselves. The delivery crew ( Ryan and Bradley) had it downstairs and up in 40 minutes. They left everything clean and put the packaging in a location suitable to us.We are very happy with pour purchase and the service we received from Relax Care.
My experience was great from the moment the men arrived to deliver our chair. We have several stairs out front of our townhouse and more inside. The men maneuvered the stairs no problem and without complaint. They placed the chair in the desired area and gave us a rundown on how to operate the chair and even allowed us the time to experience it while they waited. I have osteoarthritis and I can't begin to tell you how this chair is changing my life. We are telling all our friends and relatives about this chair and inviting them to our home to try it out.
Please do your research with this company. I made a single purchase (a sauna- order D41751). I did not have a good customer service experience at all. I had spoken with the owner of the company prior to purchasing, the unit had previously been returned for not fitting in the basement of the previous client. I expresed that I also intended to place the unit in my basement. He asked the age of my house, and I told him. I was told it would be fine, as I had a newer home and the only reason it didn't fit in the previous home was that it was an old war time house with a narrow basement entry. I proceeded with the purchase and also ordered the white glove service. When the sauna arrived, there was no notification of when the assembly service would arrive. After a week of back and forth, I ended up having to empty out my garage so they had a place to deliver to. When the technician finally arrived he informed me the sauna would not fit in a basement and could only go in the upstairs. After looking at various options, I was still stuck with the item and the company denied having said it would fit. I left a 1 star Google review explaining. The owner then texted me and threatened me unless I removed the review. I eventually had to block the number after multiple long ranting texts. He then googled me and my business so that he and his employees could leave 1 star business reviews to a business they were not a client of (Blue Sky Veterinary Services). It has been the wildest, and most inappropriate customer service experience I have ever had (It made me even more confident in my 1 star review). I had to take screenshots to send to the police. Please, please read these reviews. Save yourself from being harassed after you too have a poor experience and have the audacity to warn other consumers.
We needed some warranty work done on our massage chair. The response from Relaxacare and the response from the manufacturer were both very timely and very satisfactory. We continue to be very happy with our purchaser and get great use from our chair every day.
Bought a massage chair it was delivered yesterday by relaxacare team Matt and Matt they were great brought it downstairs with no issues explained how it works took their time to answer any questions I had today I got a call from Jayson asking if I was happy with everything and had a fantastic conversation real down to earth company from start to finish very professional and I would recommend to anyone looking for a sauna or massage chair go check these guys out great company
It was great experience on installation of sauna with Matthew G and Matthew W. They were very professional and also took time to explain features after installation of sauna. They were ready to answer any questions we may have. I’ll recommend them anytime. They were very polite and courteous.
