I have worked at Relaxacare for 3 years, if you check our Google reviews as well you will see plenty of customers are very satisfied and happy with our products, service, and communication! I put in overtime everyday working to keep our customers happy, I understand that these health products can be important to some cases due to each individuals circumstances as it helps with your health overall. To be called a scam doesn’t make sense to me considering the carrier had attempted delivery and it was declined. We have a storefront in Burlington with a showroom, everyday I meet dozens of customers and help them in store, we get hundreds of calls a day, I also help lots of clients over the phone whether it is with trying to make a purchase, figure out finances, updates on their order, information on products etc! I myself suffer from health issues and this is more than a job for me, I believe in these products and use them daily myself to create better quality of life for myself. We care about our customers, we bend over backwards everyday to just keep everyone happy, as a growing company we believe customer service is #1 priority, I am seeing people who I helped years ago, coming back now these days to get an upgrade, or their family/ friends are being referred. Everyday I am dealing with that exact referral or return customer situation at-least 3 times. If we were a scam I don’t think people would be coming back to us, if we were a scam or even just bad at business I don’t think people would be referring us or returning to upgrade or buy more products. Anyways, I appreciate my job and am passionate about helping others to improve their health and being accused of a scam is not only disappointing but a lie. The gents unboxed it in driveway and super-manned it upstairs into the bedroom. Life just got better. Thanks again for improving our lives Relaxacare.Update Jan 14, 2025:Purchased an InfraRed Sauna November 4th and it arrived Jan 8th, but sooooo worth the wait. 2 months is actually shorter waiting period that other retailers researched.I didn't know what I didn't know about all the good health benefits, but now know.Thanks Relaxacare.I just read several really harsh negative reviews on Relaxacare and sounds like a Taylor Swift song: haters gonna hate...IMO, these complaints are mostly about waiting time. I waited a while too for my sauna and chairs, but so worth the wait.I assume these products take a long while to come from overseas; ocean shipping can take months alone. Sadly, these are the folks that truly need a massage chair to chill out before they explode from all the stress and rage.My advice for new customers that are in a super urgent hurry, pay more from competitors and enjoy their shorter waiting period, if any.Credit card interest can be 10-25% per year; waiting 2 months on a $3000 product could have cost me $100 in interest, but still a relatively small amount to go off the deep-end. Competitors were charging $500 more for same product, which my poor math thinks is more than the credit card interest? Haters will always preach; don't treat their words as gospel.Update April 23, 2024:I am a golf pro and this massage chair changed my life! I use it at least 2+ hours everyday (before/after golf). That's over 2K hours of use! $200K in RMT massages! recover muscles faster, relieve pain, align spine, and sleep like never before. Great experience and customer service at Relaxacare. I saw a massage chair selling at Best Buy for $5999 and got the exact same chair, delivered and setup for $2999. Now if that isn’t a great deal, I don’t know what is. Thank you Jason & The team@ Relaxacare
If you are considering buying any wellness products I highly recommend RELAXACARE !! I recently purchased a Kala light therapy mask from them and I will most definitely be buying from them again, they have amazing staff and great deals on amazing products. The customer service is amazing and very good at communicating with customers.
I can’t even put into words how happy I am with my relaxacare experience but I’ll try! From the moment I went into the show room to the moment I took my first trip in my new massage chair the experience was completely seamless. 2 years ago I was in a car accident where I was sideswiped by a drunk driver and since then I’ve been seeing massage therapists / acupuncture / red light laser therapy and stretch therapists 2 - 3 days a week to try and fix my lower back. I told Jason (the owner) about my injury and he knew the exact chair I should be in. The delivery was on time and the delivery drivers not just got into the house but fully set up the chair and gave me a tutorial on using the chair (with information specific to my injury which was communicated to them by Jason) and they even cleaned up all the boxes and packaging. After one session in my chair my back felt immediately better. As I continue my self care journey I will be making all my purchases from Relaxacare! Thank you Jason and the entire team!
Sales team was extremely helpful, detailed and professional at explaining the benefits of each chair at its price point. They were able to answer any questions about the products and recommend multiple options for our needs. Based on the information provided we decided to purchase the Body friend and would not hesitant to recommend the store to friends and family.
