The platform looks professional

The platform looks professional, but my experience did not match the expectations. Communication was slow and sometimes unclear. I had to follow up multiple times to get simple answers. Some processes also felt complicated for no reason. A service like this should make things easier, not more stressful. Hopefully they improve their support system.

Very disappointing experience overall. I joined the platform expecting a smooth hiring or payment process, but things quickly became confusing. Communication from the team was slow and sometimes completely absent. I had to send multiple emails just to get a simple response. Thanks to their employer registration service, I finished all the onboarding processes in a timely manner. I’ve had a really good experience with Horizons

I’ve had a really good experience with Horizons so far. The whole process has been super smooth, and anytime I had a question, someone got back to me quickly and actually helped (rare these days!). Everyone I’ve talked to has been friendly and easy to work with, which makes a huge difference.Overall, I just feel like I’m in good hands. If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely recommend giving Horizons a try.
