I have been using Horizons for close to 2 years. My experience is not that good. Email to their support team, they take more than 1 week or work 2 weeks to reply to you. Your message has been ignored. During the payroll period, worst still. They take super long to reply. Your message has been ignored. They selectively reply to your message. They do not provide you with a solution, but they go around the tree to reply to you, even when you ask a simple or straightforward question.

We were new to international hiring and frankly, terrified of messing it up. Their sales and onboarding team were incredibly patient. They didn't just sell us a product; they took the time to understand our goals and walked us through every sing step, from generating a complaint contract to explaining the statutory benefits in the new country. Great fist impression and they've lived up to it ever since.

RPL proved to be incredibly unprofessional. There has been no payment or appropriate communication following the completion of the assigned work. Numerous follow-ups were disregarded; this is not a reliable business to work with.

It's a game changer

It's been an amazing tool, very intuitive and I can easily access everything I need. Additionally beign able to see and keep track of payslips is a nice feature I've never had before

Great Tool not only for businesses but also for employees! We hired 2 employees via Horizons abroad

We hired 2 employees via Horizons in countries where we wanted to check if there is a market for us. First of all, the initial support and help provided by Horizons was fast and super helpful - we were able to onboard each employee within 2 weeks! All our questions were answered timely and to our satisfaction. Both employees have been with us now for several months without any issues. We are already planning on hiring additional staff via Horizons as the markets turn out to be great opportunities!

Shockingly bad employee experience

From an employee perspective Horizons is truly shocking.I have never in my 20 year career experienced anything like this.From onboarding (took weeks to provide my contract) to working with them - had to chase for my P60 for two months - to off boarding (no one can even tell me what’s going on) it’s the most horrendous employee experience ever.Enquiries go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. No one seems to know what’s going on or who is responsible for what.Speaking to my colleagues, I’m not the only one experiencing this.I would never ever work via them again.
