I went to exchange the rental car because the window mechanism had failed. Unfortunately, the replacement vehicle provided was in very poor condition: the interior was dirty, with chocolate marks, sticky steering wheel, and stained seats. I was not pleased with the state of the interior's of the car. They try to give the smallest car available even though I had a good budget, I didnt like that. Rentacar is not flexible - they make you come all the way to anderlecht stating that none of their centres have automatic car - this is absurd!

Inaccurate invoicing

I received a fine in the City of Bruges, paid it directly to the city, and later discovered that the rental car company had already charged my credit card as well. The City of Bruges confirmed in writing that there was a double payment and that they refunded the rental company back in October 2025. More than 2.5 months later, I am still struggling to get my money back from the rental company. Their responses are extremely slow and full of excuses, including claims that they cannot refund a Visa card. Despite providing my bank account details on December 16, 2025, I still have not received the refund 1.5 months later.

Touring replacement blue Ford puma car…

They deserve big 0 star .I have received the replacement car from touring and they gave me rent a car , This car locked itself while key was inside I called touring to know if I could come and pick up spare key or they could cover this under insurance. Touring told me if it's not urgent I can wait and they will let me know as car was parked at home and informed then that car is in parking at home i said it's not urgent. Next morning someone come force the door to open the car with wire and damage the door all that without asking or even knocking at door to ask permission out neighbor informed us that someone is opening the door of our car so my son goes out and guy already took the key (less than 5 minutes everything was done )Without my permission or knowledge Now rent a car is sending me bill of 240 euro and after few emails they send threatening mails like they will send debt collector. I have no choice but to pay as there behavior is like mafia . If u want a peace of mind never take car from this company. It's under name general lease NV rent a car tongeran België

incredibly poor

incredibly poor, do not rent there. booked a vehicle for a morning pick up at 9.00 , a week in advance, after several confirmations from their side, the evening before at 17.30 they sent just an email saying the branch is closed we cancel your reservation. tried to get in touch with them, ofcourse no answer!!!! very poor

Bit of rip off

Car was great then when I got a parking ticket they charged me just as much as the parking ticket for rental admin fees.I gave them a chance to remedy it but have had no reply for over a week

Worst possible experience … I rented a…

Worst possible experience … I rented a car and broke down on its way to our holidays. They juste wouldn’t help us out and were rude and offensive when we explained the situation. Never again !

Deposit only partially returned

I rented the car and gave it back in perfect state. They would only return 360 euros out of 400. It has been 2 weeks and still have no answer from them. When I delivered the car I signed something stating that everything was in order so there is no explanation why they would not return my full deposit back. It is impossible to reach them by phone, avoid this company at all costs if you do not want to be scammed by them and later be completely ignored
