AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!Their positive reviews are fake. Bought one of their products, turns out its coming from China. No problem, but the site is misleading. 1st red flag deception. Took forever to arrive, second red flag. Then when I found the customer service experience frustrating I decided I can;t trust to put this product in my body. Had to ask 7/8 times for a refund, then they tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee and postage back to China. Not cool, but fine, except their refund policy says they'll send a label and doesn't mention a restocking fee. Scammers for sure AVOID!
Put me on a subscription I didn't agree to. The product is VERY poor quality, don't believe the marketing videos - their product is shockingly bad. No option to cancel on the website, no notifications saying id signed up to subscription, nothing. Cheap Chinese crap.
I bought 3 bags of the oregano oil with black seed oil in it from Resilia they had an offer on which said when you bought 3 bags you received 2 free bags .. when i received them my wife was in hospital and i actually got them for her when we read the benefits you get by taking them...my wife got out of hospital and was going to start them today when she went to take the capsule she realised the colour 1st which was very pale so she cut one of the capsules opened and the oil inside run out like water and had no smell at all at that point she knew we were scammed i then wrote a complaint to the company asking for a refund as they were selling fake goods and scamming people....a few hours later this company tried to take money from our bank account but thank god my husband was on his phone and noticed were it had said the money was pending ... so he got intouch with the bank and they have froze it....i will be involing the police with this company as this is stealing money from peoples bank account without there consent....so please be very careful not to buy anything from RESILIA as these are scammers and you really don't know what your taking or what harm it is doing to you as we don't know whats in these capsules

Absolute scam from start to finish , complained so many times about delivery , then they took money out my account for the item a second time , I bought from them thinking it was a USA company then eventually got my order from China , which was the last thing i wanted , because I have no faith in Chinese suppliments , be careful dealing with this company
SCAM!!!They automatically subscribe you to a "ABO" where every month they charge your credit card via pay pal even if you never accepted that.I wanted a refund, but they didnt refund anything. I asked them about the 1000s of bad reviews on trust pilot and what they have to say about this - no answer.I read that even the product is fake and does not have oregano oil in it. Someone has to stop this company!!!I hope that I get my money back via pay pal.
SCAM!!! Don’t do it! They automatically sign you up for a subscription you never asked for! Product came over a month late and made me sick! Phone number to the company doesn’t work.I sent an email. So I had to block recurring charges by contacting my credit card.
