When I tracked the order, I was unhappy to see the product is coming from China. I sent the company an email expressing how dissatisfied I was. The Oregano oil came in the mail and now when I'm trying to to a return, the company is gaslighting me. Now I find I have a subscription i didnt ask for and it's on the way. I'm going to alert my bank.
This whole experience made me mad these shits are fake as f*cl! Cancel & report merchant at bank, they will refund you like they did me next day. I’ve waited 3-4 weeks for fair oregano capsules pack says 30 but there’s 60 in here, the shipping tracker was bogus af and they came from china smh bad work resilia nice plot though
Wow. Totally Duped.So Embarrassed. I can’t believe I fell for the false advertisement. The product is shipped from China- I believed/thought it was USA Source from the ad and now I see it’s not only a scam, but watch credit cards for future billing scams. (Further note I hear it’s not even the real thing it’s “oil” unspecified either zero health benefits- and risks, ie motor oil.)They somehow linked their name on TrustPilot to a real 5 Star company (totally different-consulting agency) and are now just scamming. I ordered thinking it was origin USA based on IG ad butI guess because the name was the same TrustPilot merged all the reviews (2 entirely different companies)Save yourself! Don’t fall for it, I hope my credit card did not let the charges through. Don’t forget the duties/customs charges from China because it’s imported- never mind quality or value or safety. I’ve complained to FDA. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I had looked on Trust Pilot first before ordering. Waiting to hear from USFDA- please be careful people. It’s a SCAM!
Please be aware that their adverts are misleading. The packet you will receive will only contain 30 capsules, so if you buy one pack it’s over $1 per capsule (with shipping included) and it’s shipped from China. If you hit the ‘shop now’ button you will see the actual packet you will receive, swipe left and it will show the reverse of the packet with the quantity (30).I have seen comments from people questioning whether the capsules even contain oil of oregano as they have cut open a capsule and there is no smell. Worst of all, they set you up on a subscription service without identifying this so if they have your card or PayPal details they will automatically send you another pack of 30 and charge you for it. Email correspondence for issue resolution appears to be not existent.
I’ve tried a lot of supplements, but these are by far the best for my digestion. I used to feel sluggish after meals, but now I feel much better. They’re easy to take and don’t taste bad at all. Delivery was on time, and everything was well-packaged.
Scammers!! My experience indicates it! product ordered and paid but was not delivered. Upon my email to them they feigned ignorance and continued to reply that they are willing to refund me half the cost of the purchase and I can get to keep the product, in the first I never received from them. !! Please be careful. This is obvious scamming tactics.
Scammers!!!I never signed up for a prescription they continue to take payment and refuse to cancel my prescription after emailing numerous times beware of this company do not purchase from them they will sign you up without permission and ignore your plea to have it stopped.
This has absolutely been by far my most experience, but now I’m reading that the product isn’t even real!!! Like NO WAY how can they do this……I made a purchase May 6th 2025 is now about to be June 1st. And still no sign of delivery
