This is the first time I order from this website, was very happy with time of arrival, but unfortunately, I picked the wrong size dress. Email to try and get an exchange, Yomi was very helpful with this process and kind enough to assist me with getting a medium size dress. I highly recommend , the dress is very nice and what I expected.
Accidentally ordered the wrong size and was quickly received by Yomi and did a great job at helping me get a replacement hassle free the only complaint I have is sometimes the website is hard to navigate through but overall a good experience
Wow, "service with a smile" ! Love Retro-Stage. I ordered a cute retro swimsuit, received to Australia, promptly. Unfortunately it was too big (my fault). I am a tall lady and overcompensated sizing to accomodate a long torso. Contacted service@retrostage to find out returns procedure and have been blown away by how helpful "Yomi" has been. She has responded to my queries within hours and guided me with sizing. Impeccable "Service with a Smile" (what a gem Yomi is to this company) "Thankyou Yomi" To say I am impressed would be un understatement. Great Quality, Great ServiceI am obsessed with the quality and style of the suits I bought here! Not only was I impressed with the product, but when I didn't fit the size I bought, Yomi was extremely helpful on walking me through how to get my right size! 10/10.
I bought a purple halter plaid bathing suit from Retro Stage and I love it! I am 48, 5ft3 and 125 lbs and bought a size medium and it fits perfectly. I wore it to a swim party yesterday and got so many compliments. It's the best bathing suit I've ever had. It's too bad we can't post pictures so you can see for yourselves. The quality is great.
This bathing suit is super cute AND well made. I love it. There was a mix up in sizes and Yomi from the customer service team has gone above and beyond to help me get the bathing suit of the right size! This seems like a very nice company and I will definitely be purchasing from them again and I would also recommend them to anyone!!
