I ordered the most adorable icecream cone print swimsuit fromRetro Stage. I only realized when itarrived that somehow I had hit thewrong button and ordered the wrongsize! I contacted them and they weremost helpful in sorting out how tocorrect my mistake with the least amount of hassle. Huge shout out to Yomi who was helpful and patient as we worked out the best solution through emails. Other than my mistake of ordering the wrong size I was very happy with the swimsuit...such a cute print and well made. I will be ordering more items from Retro Stage soon. We still have several months of warm weather here in Los Angeles and I am looking forward to lounging poolside in my new swimsuit! Thank you again for all your help!
I have ordered a 1920s dress in the past and was super happy with the quality. I recently purchased 4 pairs of bathers. The first 2 were perfect. One pair I ordered were the wrong size (my fault) I gave them to my daughter and the 4th pair were unavailable. I got an email offering an exchange and as I was going to order more anyway I chose a replacement pair in my size and another pair I liked. I sent a screenshot back of the 2 and they were slightly more expensive because I couldn’t find a pair of equal value. Within the week both pairs were on my doorstop and I couldn’t be happier. I will be buying more from retro stage as they communicated so well and the products I have purchased are great quality and a great price. If you haven’t give them a go!
I purchased a Snow White inspired bathing suit and jumper for an upcoming Disney World trip. They were absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately I bought the jumper in a size too small. I contacted customer service and my agent Luna handed everything for me. The exchange was prompt and seamless.

The ordering process was very easy and I felt confident in buying the item from Retro Stage. It arrived very quickly despite coming from the U.S and me being in the U.K. The item was exactly as expected and my daughter is very happy with it. (She’s in her 1950’s Era.) I had a small query which was dealt with very efficiently given the time difference. In fact I would say better than some U.K. vintage websites I have dealt with! I ordered a bunch of dresses and nightgowns and I am so happy with them! They came a lot faster then I expected them to and they are all so cute! The dress i was looking forward to the most didn't end up fitting but I emailed to ask for a exchange and Luna got back to me right away and made it so easy to get a bigger size. I absolutely LOVED my swimsuit when it showed up. It was exactly what I had imagined but was sadly to small. I reached out to retro stage via email regarding my issue and got an extremely quick response from Yomi. She was very helpful and offered multiple options to resolve my issue.I am extremely pleased with the friendly, helpful and quick resolution her customer service provided me.
