I absolutely LOVED my swimsuit when it showed up. It was exactly what I had imagined but was sadly to small. I reached out to retro stage via email regarding my issue and got an extremely quick response from Yomi. She was very helpful and offered multiple options to resolve my issue.I am extremely pleased with the friendly, helpful and quick resolution her customer service provided me. I will definitely continue to shop with retro stage and recommend to others.
Great experience shopping on line and seeing all the retro clothes. Especially at the great prices. These clothes are made of good material. They have style and are of great design. They're great fitting and overall makes me feel good. This is definitely my go-to retro store because they are doing great
I want to first say that I loved the dress I want every dress! This was basically to see the fit I’m a 10 so just tight in my waist Ok to the return I spoke to customer service early before work and asked about how to return The my emailed me immediately 3 times until I was more thankful I just wanted to do an exchange and not have to hassle to whole payment cancel rebuy .. Yoni said no that will take too much time donate the dress and we will send you one in your size for just the shipping fee! What who does that anymore! Super happy she Yoni was wonderful and sweetI love Vintage I’ve been told it’s because I’m an old soul ! Well no more searching stinky stores for I’ll make this fit ! I am absolutely in love with their clothes, but even more so with their customer service. When the top of one of the bikinis I bought didn't fit me, they send me a complete extra smaller set for just a couple of dollars extra so I could mix and match bottoms and tops! You don't come across customer service this friendly and helpful very often anymore. The fact that their clothes style is right up my alley and they're so helpful means I will definitely be ordering here again!
I happened on this site by goggling 60’s clothing. I ordered from Retro-Stage and an other site both for 60’s clothing. Needless, to say once I got the first order from Retro-Stage; I immediately got back online and ordered more. I had a size issue with one garment and I have been working with Yomi to come to a resolution. She has been very helpful and patient especially with the difference in time zone.
