This is the best swim suit I have ever owned and one of the cheapest! I’ve had so many compliments at the beach and pool. It’s super comfortable and supportive for my Mumma body to run around the beach but it has so much style and flair. Highly recommend! Yomi was super helpful via email :)
I have purchased a few times over the past few years from Retro Stage and every dress has always been true to size/color/style etc. The last order, I accidentally purchased two of the same dress by mistake and when I contacted Retro Stage to request support, Yomi from the Customer Service Team was incredibly quick to help! Absolutely recommend.
This company is a great online store to buy from. The items are very made with very high quality materials and I received what I ordered super fast. I would recommend using this company to buy very unique clothes from. I will be ordering again soon. Yomi is a great customer service agent to work with
The quality of the swimsuit I ordered was great however it was the wrong size (my fault not the company’s) The customer service department was very nice and helpful and their turn around time was very quick. Yomi was specifically very helpful. Fixed my issue and my new bathing suit in on the way!
All of the swimsuits are so cute !!!! I bought one recently, and impulsively made the decision to wear it to the beach. Based on the material of these suits, beach play wasn't the best decision !I figured I wasn't the only person to have made this mistake, so I decided to contact customer support to see if they would have any advice for sand removal. The one assisting me, Yomi, was very patient with me and has sent a replacement for this swimsuit !I'm very grateful for such generosity, and I'm excited to come back and see their collections of dresses soon.
I ordered two dresses from this company. One was a pre-order but once it went through I got the dress very quickly and I love it! The other shipped just a few days after my initial order which was June 22, 2025. When I track the package it shows that it arrived in Chicago on the 27th. Its now July 26th and still no further updates. I've email the customer service email they have listed twice and gotten no response. Their refund policy doesn't mention lost packages so I'm at a loss for what to do. If I email requesting a refund I'm sure it will go unanswered just as my previous emails have. I love the dress I received but I ordered two, and spent over $90, so it would be nice to get two or at least get a refund. I guess I'll update if anything changes...Update: After posting this review the company reached out and offered to resend me the dress. They were quick to reply to all of my emails and their customer service was great. I received the dress on 8/11. It's not quite what I thought it was but getting it was such an ordeal I'm going to keep it and make it work.
Ordering was easy and I received my product in the time frame described. The measurements were as listed in the size chart, but the style didn't flatter me. I read and followed the return instructions. Within a day I received a response and a few return or exchange options. My communication with Yomi at customer service was clear, direct, and took place over a 48 hour period. Once I chose my return/exchange option, I was satisfied with the results. I would purchase from Retro Stage again.
