Once again we experienced great service from Richard F Mckay Ltd. The estimate was carried out quickly and the price was very competitive. The fitting was very good, with the fitter arriving on time, carrying out the work in a timeous and very tidy manner. We have been customers of Richard F Mckay for over 40 years and would recommend them for flooring and furniture.
They arrived on time introduced themselves asked what way round it was going covered the area with covers on my wooden floor did not bring in the packaging only the parts and put altogether in the room they plugged it in and checked the recliners worked and we were happy with the work Neil and Steve done
Fantastic service throughout. We are a returning customer and even though it was a few years since we were last in the showroom, we were recognised by Jason and given a warm welcome. Richard MacKay also introduced himself as we were choosing suite colour and checked that we were ok. Ordered a 3 piece suite and carpet for living/dining room and the co-ordination was superb. Old suite removed and carpet uplifted which allowed us to finish decorating, then next day new carpet fitted and suite delivered immediately after. Great service and honesty from Dom the carpet fitter going above and beyond when we asked for an extra bit of carpet to be fitted in a cupboard. Steve and Neil were brilliant from uplifting old suite to setting up new suite. Nothing was a bother and they were very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend Richard F Mackay as the place to go to for great products, great service and attention to detail. Well done!

Great service as always from Richard F. McKay and the kitchen team - had some new units fitted in our boot room following a successful kitchen and utility room installation 5 years ago - Danny Brown was as professional as ever despite our detailed questions and endless requirements! Jordan and Jack did a great job of installing the units as well as some oak doors.
Murray and Rory delivered our new dining table today. They unpacked and assembled the table, and remained professional, friendly and very helpful throughout the process.
