Darren was very helpful dealing with our query in the “covid” time. He gave us a very good price (including the removal of our old suite for free). Everything arrived on time with no problems. We received a phone call the afternoon before delivery day to advise us of our time slot. Kyle and Sergio arrived on time and were very pleasant. They delivered our suite safely and set it up removing all the packaging leaving us to enjoy our new seats..

Totally brilliant experience from start to finish. Friendly courteous welcome with goodie bag to choose new sofa, sofa bed and chair. Then follow up visit for beds and mattresses. Lots space, lots time to choose without feeling pressurised, lots advice available. I don't like shopping but keen to buy British so Richard F Mackay had done the hard work for me - all I had to do was choose...very organised with hand sanitisers and felt very safe space to be in! Great efficient follow up. Cant wait to get my new furniture delivered in my new home. Thank YOU Rick, Jason and the gang!
A great experience when buying my new Ekornes furniture. Bought some stressless furniture recently. They really are a class act when it comes to service and customer satisfaction. Even the delivery staff are way beyond even that of John Lewis who are supposed to be market leaders in service.A great company with good old fashioned customer service values.
