Not every repair choice is an option through this system. Also having to wait so long for repairs is bad, over a month to deal with a broken front door

Satisfied 1st timer …

As a 1st timer for booking a repair on the Riverside app I was surprised how easy it was to book my appointment actually it was easier to book online than it is to phone them and having to go through the numbers to get to speak to someone will definitely book repairs online in the future

Quick and efficient.

The electrician arrived just after 8:30 am. Was well presented and polite. Fitted new smoke alarm and was on his way within 5 mins. No problems.

So easy to book a repair on My Riverside app, at a time and day that suits when they are in the area. If I have needed to call, the staff are friendly and so helpful.Good to know there is someone there to help 24 hours a day!
