Review Time
Previous leak into my daughter's room took 3 YEARS to resolve. The latest one is now going into it's 13 month with another leak in the dining room going into it's 11th month. Complaint in with the Ombudsman, emails to the CEO and no action.Jane Murphy was appointed by the CEO to handle the matter and doesn't respond to emails or calls. Makes appointments for the dining room to be repaired when we're in work despite being told what day works for us. Robert Grainger and supposed Higher Management come out look and just put repeat inspections of the roof in. The roof was fully renewed in Feb 23 and has had EIGHT repairs to it to solve the leak and hasn't. What sort of job was done in the first place? If you fall behind on your rent though they will tell you it's in your tenancy to pay in advance. Well it's also in the tenancy that Riverside will maintain your home, clearly the tenancy only works one way with Riverside.The damp in my daughter's room has seen her put on inhalers but Riverside seem happy to just leave her in it.MP and Ombudsman are involved but they still won't do anything. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and if we could move we would be out in a shot.Edit: Even the below reply didn't prompt a response or resolution as they state. The whole organisation is a sham
