The repair system offers limited choices

The online repair system offers limited choices, and the fuse that connects to the boiler keeps tripping. My repair is an electrical problem, but I have no heating. It will be fixed in twelve days, because I went via the website.I phoned the next day and I someone came out within a few hours. It was fixed on the third day.The staff were great, but there were issues.

I have never had any problems with Riverside

I have never had any problems with Riverside over the 25 years I have been with them.All repairs when I have needed , very few, have been done quickly.

It wasn't a straightforward 'plunge the plug hole' job, the plumber had to get into the blockage via the pipework. Did a great job.

Consistently disappointing.

Onehousing have consistently disregarded our emails and we've tried so hard to stay optimistic but this agency is deteriorating our self worth and dampening our mental health. We pay £280 service charge fee a month, with the recent update to the sinking fund for the building sitting at £100k.We've tried to address the following several times and there just is 0 communication or response from Riverside/Onehousing 'improved' feedback/complaints procedure.- Parcels being stolen from letterboxes that is behind front door (access through Trades button). - homeless people entering our building through easy-access-font door and sleeping in communal areas. Urinating and relieving themselves. - Contractually there should be a renovation every 10 years. But it's been over 10 years since they've renovated anything. The place looks miserable to walk through every day.This is just a few of the many issues we keep having to face on a weekly basis. When will Riverside & Onehousing use the fund to renovate and re-secure the building for our safety and wellbeing?

waste of a bloody day

contractors supposed to come and fix my shower reported on 20/12/2024 told my appointment will be 2/1/2025 so no shower for 2 weeks nobody turned up stayed in whole bloody day made a enquiry told they will attend on 3/1/2025 we shall see what happens

I would give a no star had a leak in toilet took 11 handy men to try fix it the eventually they sent a plumber which got fixed that day they had to lift my floor too which they layed the wrong thickness of put board then when the floor layer came to lay the vinyl which they had to replace as it was my own he broke my bath panel which I had made they sent a grounds person to do a joiners job hadn't a clue got me a bit of plastic bathroom wall panel to put on front of Bath I refused it so they got him to make what I had had made he hadn't a clue what he was doing I gave him the stuff what I had left off the front to do it with he knacked that in between all this the phone calls off the complaints as I had raised one they where saying nothing but lies I have asked for the last 2 months to raise the complaint to the next level as I am going to the ombudsman about them as this is 4mths down the line I am still waiting for the job to be completed I have nothing on the front of my bath which I have children they are not bothered about people or children hurting themselves I asked for my bath panel to be dropped off so I will have to pay for a joiner to rectified there mess up and all I get is that they are gonna compleat the job stage which I haven't got my panel back yet my advice is take photos of the before job and as they are doing it and finished job as I am gonna so plz look after yourself as they do nothing but lie and wreck your home on stars for evolve at all.

AVOID THESE LOT IN THE UK I BEG

absolute worst housing association I’ve ever been with, passed from this person to that person for 1.5 years after I’ve reported damp and mould. as soon as I got in touch with citizens advice they threaten me with eviction for not living in the house, grass is too long etc liars cheats and thieves

Booking my repair was easy and quick

Booking my repair was easy and quick. On a date and time which is convenient and with the time of year quite quick. The only issue that I have had is that there is not always the option which matches the repair.
