From start to finish the experience was great, The bike handover was spot on. The interaction from the staff was great. These bikes cost a pretty penny, but with the service received and the quality of the bike, I WILL definitely be buying another bike!! Big thanks !!
This was my first time using RM cycles. Bought a bike online in the morning and asked to collect it lunch time 170 miles round trip. When I got there the bike was built up and tested they even fitted pedals free of charge. The staff were incredible very fast and efficient. I will use them in the future and I will recommend them. Absolutely first class service . Well done guys.
Buying a bike at distance/unseen is always a worry but RMC were swift in turning the order around and packing up securely. Received in a matter of days, just as expected from the clear information and pictures provided on the website. Where there were problems (only niggles, more the bike manufacturers fault than RMC's) they were quick to reply to my communication and rectify the issue. Their prices are very competitive and they know what they're doing, so buy with confidence!
