Up front honestly, no pushy sales persons just, this is what we have let us check your idea size, even took a brand new cycle and put pedals on it so we could test ride. After thinking about which bike, rang shop, paid deposit and bike was PDI d and ready into days. Due to work pressures could nt get to shop till the Saturday at two o clock, bearing in mind they close at three. Didn't rush in talking us through the ins and outs going over things twice even three times so we understood. 5 + Stars for Value,Service and going the extra mile. Even left my bike for a full service when I always do it myself.
I had previously arranged a test ride of an eMTB, the bike was ready and waiting when l arrived, the staff were very friendly and offered me a coffee on arrival. After the test ride a fair deal was done on the bike. The bike was then prepared for me to take home that day with all the required equipment and a couple of additional accessories. Very nice shop, loads of gear and good staff. Whats not to like!
