Very impressed with Rolux. Good comms with both Lewis and Jay. Easy to sort out a quote visit and set a date for installation.
Converted a double door garage to a large single one. Done across 2 days, turned up bang on time and got the majority done on day 1. Returned to finish off the electrics and surrounds on day 2.
Tidied up and left things perfect once done. Would highly recommend.
From initial contact to completion Rolux staff have been very efficient, courteous, polite and nothing has been too much trouble. We are very pleased with the new door which will make our garage more flexible, allowing me to enjoy working on my classic cars. Thank you for excellent service.
Great experience from start to finish.The sales team weren’t pushy, they were helpful and informative to help us get the right product for us and our requirements. They did everything on the agreed times and worked with us and the other trades.We love the finished product that was fitted by another great team, clean tidy and efficient.
From the first initial enquiry with John in the Alsager showroom explaining in a comprehensive way about quality,price and availability to the very quick fitting of a super quality garage door by Adam and Josh plus extra quality continuation of Block Paving in front of the door by Adam. Both fitters worked quickly and tidily throughout. What a top job from start to finish. Extremely pleased and grateful to all concerned. We would highly recommend without any hesitation.
The appearance of the front of my house matters , so I was looking for a garage door that not only looked good but was a good price. Rolux delivered in every aspect, from amazing customer service to fitting and the product is more than I expected. 5 stars for a great company!

Rolux did a superb job for us we had a double roller shutter door, we went into the show room, the sales person explained things so well, making it an easy decision on exactly what we wanted. The fitters were friendly, punctual, very tidy and did a great job. I would highly recommend Rolux, great value for money.
Presales experience excellent - visited showroom and John was very friendly and kindly took me through all options and the pro's and con's of each. Product and installation price was extremely competitive. When I confirmed the order, they were able to book my installation in very quickly (less than a week). The lads that fitted the door were very professional, courteous and clean & efficient workers. They kindly took my old garage door and associated rubbish away with them. The quality of the product is very good and pleased that I selected the slightly better 'German' made door. To date (product has been installed c.4 weeks), the door operates perfectly and has made an excellent 'aesthetic' addition to my property. Well done Rolux and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company. I cannot currently comment on aftersales service as I have not needed to use this to date.
