I contacted Roman Customer Services recently to find out where I could purchase replacement screw caps for their shower enclosures. I was dealt with in a friendly professional manner and was told that they would send me some covers. These arrived quickly and were simple to use.

I enquired online about a cost for some replacement roller brackets for my nine year old shower enclosure. One had become brittle and broken so thought I would replace all four. Shannon replied the following day and after taking a few details promptly sent out four new roller brackets free of charge. Replaced in 15 minutes and working like new. Excellent service, and a real sign of a quality company. Thank you.
Bought a dress from a store decided it didn’t suit me took it back and could only get a credit note.I occasionally find something I like but won’t be buying from any of the stores again as no refund.What they are doing is making sure the physical stores don’t survive by favouring distance selling over physical purchases.When the stores go they only have themselves to blame.Meanwhile I’m stuck with my credit note…..beware…..
Ordered a shower tray and pivot door from Roman via a 3rd party showroom. The quality of the parts was excellent for the price.Unfortinately the shower door did not close correctly and despite several emails with advice, I couldn't get it right. Roman arranged for 2 engineers to call around and after a while they were able to align the door. Arguably, I failed to fit the door correctly, but there was no judgement, no criticism and thankfully, no charge. The aftercare has been exceptional and the products are of a high standard. This has ensured that I will be buying my main bathroom shower from them.

Terrible after sales, fitted a Roman quadrant shower door, door was leaking under the door, customer service/technical told me it must be fitted wrong! 20 years in the trade, it's not my first shower door install! This company is just awful, I've advised my suppliers of my experience and also advised them to stop selling Roman products, they are unfit for purpose.
