Ordered on Sunday evening may 12th received my order today Friday 17th may reading the reviews after I had ordered was little concerned but there was no problem at all my only negative was no communication.but very satisfied thanks.
Great service and brilliant prices. Used Roofing Megastore several times for items for a project of replacing an old Polycarb roof for a lightweight tiled, this company had everything I needed with superfast delivery too. Everything in one store.Thanks Roofing Megastore
After a 2 week wait with no correspondence I decided to email and find out what was happening with my order.I was informed that the lead time was 2 to 3 weeks so accepted this and waiting another week.Called yesterday first thing and informed that they would look into this.Called at lunchtime to be told they where waiting on the depot getting back to the.Called at end of business day and STILL nothing.Called again today only to be told it would be another 2 WEEKS. Absolute shambles of a company.Not to get the refund sorted or trading standard will be getting involved. Now I've been informed that 14 DAYS TO GET A REFUND.......The quicker this company is out of business the better. Absolute cowboys.

Clearly I should have come here and read all the negative reviews before ordering...I live in a remote area and many other companies I looked at ordering roofing panels from don't deliver to my postcode -- so I was pleasantly surprised when the checkout process at Roofing Megastore said that they did and that delivery would only be £30. That's about the only good thing that happened in this whole process.I ordered the panels on 20 March and finally received them on 4 May.Six days after placing the order, I received an email from Sam Horley saying that they were unable to deliver to me. I replied that I would arrange for my courier to collect from their factory and could he please let me know when the panels would be ready for collection. Next thing I know, I get an email saying that the panels have been shipped. I email Sam asking what's going on and he tells me that they've been shipped to "a port in Aberdeen".I will spare everybody the lengthy and tedious story of how much time I had to spend getting this sorted out, but beware and save yourself the hassle -- order elsewhere. Also, they are incredibly poorly packaged -- there is nothing protecting the corners or the edges and nothing to stiffen the parcels. It is only down to the excellent care of my courier that they weren't damaged in transit.
