Love the service but the support when simthing went wrong was not what I expected! I ordered polycarbonate roofing and know nothing about the bits that go with the polycarbonate roof like the trims or joining bars or end caps ! All I ordered was the polycarbonate roofing and the rest comes with it ! But it was way short of the trim . No problem i thought i will just ring up and get these sent out . But to be told there is a £45 delivery cost !! I was shocked to actually not have been offered free delivery as It was not my fault! I do like this company but was very disappointed after 2 attempts to ask for the parts to be delivered for free . I mean they weigh like nothing . I could not belive why say no to a customer who has spent a lot in the past as well as this order ! And it was even my fault
I read the reviews giving negative feedback. In particular customer service!From my experience, I can only be positive.Great products, well packaged and delivered when they said they would be.Missing one item (flashing tape) that was quickly resolved and delivered.Built the canopy for my neighbour and it looks amazing .So much so, I will be renewing our canopy very soon.😊👍
Easy to order online - good amount of information and advice on site to assist ordering the right materials. I was not however emailed re delivery date - I rang as I had not heard anything, to be told it's being delivered today! But...all good, reasonably quick with delivery. Great delivery guy.
The prices and products are fine but thgeir delivery is appalling! Their "trusted delivery partner" lied and let me down over and over. I asked Roofing Megastore for a refund of carriage charges but have'nt heard back/
