Avoid this companyWaiting so far nearly 3 weeks for my order to arrive. Various excuses.The customer service manager promises me that my order will arrive Monday AM, which was great. Then to receive another email the next day that they have no stock.They hide behind emails and you will only get an update if you chase.
The staff that we have encountered are inept and completely unprofessional. My personal opinion would be to avoid this company. Donovan is rude, huffing on the telephone if you do not have the order number immediately in front of you, not once but twice. When asked to please stop huffing you receive aggressive response and then put on hold. When ringing back and speaking to Sam, you explain what happened only to be met with denial and then put on hold. Lorraine (who I assume is a Manager or Supervisor) is verbally aggressive on the phone will not let you speak, talks over you. Is it any wonder the staff are rude when a Manager or Supervisor acts this way. Whatever you do, do not question the estimated delivery date, we did! Apparently it is NOT a estimated delivery date, you are NOT given a estimated delivery date, even though we have a estimated delivery date on our order, it's there, I can see it! Then just to add salt to the injury a follow up email from Karen on the 1st of August with our delivery to be expected with us approximately between the 2nd-4th August. This is the estimated delivery date I have had on all correspondence, but question this and I have not! Honestly it's like getting blood from a stone! If you question dates you will be receive a volatile response. Needless to say my order is not here 7th of August. I am shocked that the Managing Director Gian-Carlo Grossi is happy with his staffs behaviour
Avoid this company at all costs ,placed and paid for roofing sheets on the due delivery date nothing turned up , I then called them for them to be told they are out of stock of what I ordered and took almost three weeks to refund my money
Totally incompetent. My delivery was repeatedly delayed. Multiple reasons were given: IT issues, courier backlogs, out of stock. Very difficult to get answers on the phone. One time they put the phone down on me when I suggested that five weeks was too long to wait for a delivery. Very stressful dealing with this company, best avoided.
They try harder to remove reviews from here than they actually try to help. Once they have your card details, they will not assist. And they have bogus time scales on the website.I purchased a item with a 7 day lead time advertised, after i paid they gave me an ETA of around a month and they I found all these reviews, they say i couldn't cancel even though attempted to cancel within hours, and even when my order was still 'processing'.Later called up pretending to be a new customer, spoke to the same advisor who lied about the lead times, and asked them upfront if I order now are the advertised lead times guaranteed, which they stated yes. I then proceeded to give him my order number which they earlier lied to me about. You could hear them tremble.They still refused to cancel my order and held my money ransom.Thankfully money back straight away thanks to a call to the bank.How to get your money back:Many of the issues are them not adhearing to chosen delivery days. And many are them sending wrong itemsIf that is the case with you, then under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You are eligible for a refund.Ofcourse as they don't follow the law, they will refuse or ignore your request,Just email them telling them as the delivery date has been missed, you will be cancelling for a full refund. Or if wrong parts sent, just email them saying wrong item delivered, the item will be available for uplift from my property and i wil now be cancelling for a full refund.Once they ignore/refuse this. Just call your bank for a chargeback.The money will then be back with you the same day, or the following day. They will have 45 days to contest it, but they wont win. As they have to adhere to the law at this point.Even better, each charge back costs this company in fees, and the more chargebacks they get mean Mastercard/Visa may refuse to take payments from them in future.Horrible company.
Ordered a product. Put on the order forms the days I could accept delivery. It was scheduled for a day I couldnt do. I called to change the date. I emailed to confirm it was getting delivered as I needed someone to stay in my house and wait as I was working. So somebody sat in my house for 6 hours before I called to chase them. They then said it will be delayed to another of the days they know I cannot do. Absolute joke of a company. I Will never buy from them again
