Absolute bunch of ******. Placed an order with them. On the day of delivery they updated me saying they can't deliver the order because there is a width restriction on one end of the road. I replied saying they need to approach the address from the other end , despite me explaining and drawing on google maps 2 alternative routes without any restrictions , they still refused to deliver... Apparently they only have articulated lorries ,although I had no confidence that the agent I was talking to actually new what an articulated lorry looked like ****. Eventually asked to cancel the order... That also had challenges because they claimed not to have received my request , again despite me completing the online form twice on line and getting a confirmation email. Still waiting for refund....
Product : Force 6mm Solid Polycarbonate Sheet - Clear - Cut To Size PoorOnly been fitted for a few days. I’m not an expert on polycarbonate but it seems ok. What I’m not happy with is the service. I ordered my made to measure sheets at made to measure prices on the 8th June and within an hour of ordering I found another company which was £300 cheaper.so I tried to cancel my order but was informed because it was made to measure I could not cancel. As you can imagine I was a little disappointed but thought it was my own fault for not looking thoroughly, so I just cut my losses. Then I was informed my sheets would be delivered on the 28th June so I had to reschedule my joiner for the 8th July. I then received an email to say it would arrive on the 21st June so I could have kept my original date for joiner to start the work on the 24th. The joiner started work on the 8th July. I received a message at work to say that 4 of the 5 sheets were the wrong size !! I asked if we could work round this and he said yes we could. As I just wanted it finished I said to just go ahead and fit the sheets. I then emailed the company to inform them and they asked for photos of width and length of the sheets so they could try to rectify the problem. I informed them that the roof was already assembled as I wanted the job completed. I sent them photos but they said it wasn’t enough as they needed a tape measure against it to “I’m guessing “ prove I wasn’t lying. I emailed back to say that the picture clearly shows the size difference but I have had no more contact. I paid nearly £1500 for the 5 sheets to be cut to my bespoke measurements and I clearly did not received what I paid for !! My advice would be to look around before choosing this company.They responded to my review from another site saying “sorry for any inconvenience “ and recommended I use a fine hacksaw to “trim” the sheets ! I’m pretty sure that’s what I paid them for !!
