customer service is poor, i have email them multiple times to cancel my order and refund me and all you guys doing is looking over my email and telling something else about my order. FOR THE LAST TIME I DON’T IT IT’S NOT SHIP AS YET SO PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER NOW AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!!!
I ordered a pantsuit that looked beautiful in the advertisement. I paid expedited shipping as well. I received the item weeks after the order and it was nothing like shown. Cheap, way too short, terrible. Quality looks like it was made by my 5 year old. I reached out to return and I was offered $3 to keep the item when my order total was $55 with shipping. What a joke. I can either pay shipping to return to China with no guarantee they will receive it or take $3 compensation and keep the item. DO NOT BUY!!!
I ordered 4 items in the same size based on the size charts....all were either too large or too small. The quality of the clothing is very poor, fabrics are cheap and not as expected, stitching is so poor I could do better with one hand behind my back and one eye closed. And to top it off, you cannot return the items even though they say you can. Customer service 'does not recommend returning the product' due to high cost of postage, and customs fees. And they say customs is a problem and they will likely return the package anyhow. Unbelievable. Do not buy anything from this site.
I ordered my leather dress over a month ago, and still have not received it. And I even emailed a few times, and they keep saying it's on the way. I even used the tracking number and it says item not found every time. I will never order here again.
