Review Time
Still no dresses after nearly 2 months of waiting. I paid for expedited shipping so the dresses should have been delivered within 10 working business days. After that duration I had still not even received a tracking number so I emailed the company asking about the whereabouts of my goods (pictured). They informed me they would ship soon however that did not happen, also pictured. Do NOT ever purchase from here, they will take your money and run. After reading various reviews on Trustpilot I see there are countless people who have experienced the same unprofessionalism with zero resolutions.
Avoid at all costs. Terrible sellers who send you out items which look nothing like advertised product. Then you’re expected to pay for return postage to china for a full refund (which, going by other reviews you probably would not actually receive anyway), so they are free to sell the crap item (which bears no resemblance to item on website) again to some other unsuspecting person. Obviously no conscience. Update 18th June 2024:You asking me for information? That’s a laugh. I’ve already contacted you many times. It’s too late. The thing you posted me out is in the bin. I was too embarrassed to even hand it in to the charity shop. Absolute chancers. That’s what you rely on? People just getting sick of trying to get a full refund, not “please just keep the item which does not resemble in any way, the item advertised, that you paid over $50 for and well refund you $3 dollars”. Hmmmm, then up it to $8? So I’m out of pocket by about $30odd dollars and left with something that is worthy only of the bin/trash?Dishonest and untrustworthy.AVOID
Bought a dress and actually Got it delibered quite fast. But the dress were NOTHING like the website. Different colours and shapes and it just looket/felt so cheap. You Can not return it, only if you pay for the shipment to, surprise, China. I Can get a refund of 3 dollars, just a huge JOKE. Dont ever buy from here
I ordered 4 dresses from this company. They sent a dress that I didn’t even order in a size small. I asked for them to send me my correct order or for a refund. They told me I could pay to ship the incorrect dress back to them and then they would refund me $6 and they owe me $127. Never offered to even resend the correct items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Horrible horrible clothing. The dress was damaged with a big gauge in the hem and quality incredibly poor they said they would give me $3 back from the $95. Do not buy from here. I should have checked the reviews first. Five months later they see this review and offer for me to keep the dress (which is in the garbage as it is unwearable) and that they would give me $10 to take this review down. I have requested a he full refund since April 2024.
they don’t even deserve a one star they deserve zero stars worst company ever I ordered something four months ago they charge my credit card and I never received it. They keep saying they shipped it. I received it. I never did. They are the worst. Do not shop with this company.
Update - the "the response" that the company emailed me about was refunding me a measly $14 if I delete my comment. DO NOT buy from this website!I ordered the same size in two different outfits and the bottoms were vastly different - one normal one was smaller. One of the items had holes in it. Contact customer service for a return and did not get a response.
Worthless company! What a mistake buying here!They send me a defective product, and although they acknowledge this, they now refuse to provide a suitable solution. Instead, I can return the skirt myself and pay the high return costs myself.Although I have asked for my money back several times, they refuse it. I will only get my money back once I have returned the skirt.So one way or another, I'm the one with the extra costs.
