**Review for Roschic: 1 Star** Absolutely the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. My order was ridiculously late, and they didn’t even bother starting to fulfill it until I emailed them. Here I am, almost two months later, and I’m STILL missing one of the dresses I paid for. Their pathetic attempt at compensation? A laughable $15. This company is a complete joke—terrible service, zero accountability, and an utter waste of time and money. Stay far, far away!
What a Scam! I paid $150 for 4 pairs of Christmas PJ's for my friends and me and they are NOTHING like they photographed. After looking closely, you can see they photos advertised have sequence and photos digitally added that don't even fit on the picture for the ad. They're awful and the company is only offering to refund $7! Total Bummer!________________________________I am not sure how to directly reply to the seller’s response to my Review, so I am adding my response here.I have contacted Roschic directly and am attempting to via PayPal. The quality of the pajamas does not match that pictured for the “Sequin” item listed. In fact, if you look closely you can see that the photo of the Santa pajamas had a mistake in its digital modification on the same listing where the Santa faces mismatch the sleeve area. This link is no longer accessible, but the mis-representation remains. I am expecting a full refund of $150.96. If you want the items returned, I will do so if you send a prepaid shipping label to the email associated with my Order #RS64704.I would probably have not gone through such lengths to address this issue had I not put this order together with friends and feel the responsibility of their hard earned money getting taken advantage of. I also feel it’s important to help make other’s aware when company’s are being dishonest representing cute, quality items when they send screen printed, misrepresented low quality products while refusing to make things right properly - taking people’s money that they do not deserve rightfully while claiming they want to provide “quality” products with “excellent” customer service. This is not true of Roschic.
Waiting to hear as I should have realized quickly when package hasn’t got sent out yet. Been two weeks and tried to track when it directed from china. I did s nd an email hoping for response and did give them my order number. I wished I would have read these reviews first and would’ve saved my money! So just waiting to hear and wait for package to be tracked!
Buyer beware. This shop is based out of Shanghai, China. The dress I received looked nothing like it looked on the site, unfortunately. The neckline was way higher, and the dress fit was very awkward. I had checked their return policy, which is 30 days from delivery, but I never saw where the return shipping address would be to. So, return shipping on a $43.00 dress is around $139.00. I paid a total of $60.00 for the dress with their shipping cost. I'm just going to chalk this up to a terrible mistake I made ordering from this site.
