DO NOT BUY FROM ROSCHIC. The item they sent me does not look anything like the website photos. The colour is totally different. They are happy to refund, but only if the customer pays the postage to China, which matches the cost of the goods. I am reporting them to UK Trading Standards.** Update: I don’t know why Roschic write this standard reply to reviews. It’s an insult. We’ve had extensive correspondence via email, they know my order number and history. They still insist I send the item back at my own expense, even though it’s not the item I ordered **

I was stupid and did not read these reviews before I purchased, but my experience is just like everyone else's here. Items (4) look NOTHING like what's online. Was told I could get a refund of $6 and then $12 on over $100 worth of products, because otherwise I have to ship to China and deal with customs. The 2 positive reviews on here HAVE to be their people trying to alter the algorithm, but DO NOT buy from here. All of us cannot be wrong. I wish I could give zero stars.And to the scammers working there, dont reply to this review asking me for anything and telling me you're sorry, cause no you're not.
Hopefully whoever is reading this is smarter than me and researching this company prior to giving them money. I honestly feel like an idiot because I gave them like $250 thinking I would be getting cute clothes (and guessing 1-2 items may not be amazing) to find literally every piece of clothing looked nothing like the picture and was made of the cheapest of cheap synthetic fabric (think a grocery store Halloween costume), even the things they claimed were linen or “linen blend”. As many have stated their return policy is an absolute scam as they don’t disclose you will need to pay your own shipping TO CHINA (and in addition 20-30% of customs fees possibly). I looked into it and the cheapest return label I found for my 4.5 lb would be package was $65 (pre customs fees) where most return labels were pricing closer to $80. They know this and offered me a paltry refund. I realized it might be hard to get PayPal or my credit card to side with me since they are “happy to refund me if I ship the items back”. I decided to negotiate to $100 refund as the 3 worst offenders of items I bought totaled that and I can at least prove those were absolute false advertising. We will see. Just don’t be dumb like me. Avoid any of these shady companies. I’m sure when reviews get extra bad they will just rebrand as something else and carry on. The red flags were there- they don’t take Amex (I feel Amex would have immediately sided with me), when I completed payment to PayPal the merchant turned into a company of Chinese characters vs “Roschic”, and I noticed shortly after purchasing I was getting bombed with social media ads for other companies selling the same shady items.
BUYER BEWARE! This company is a SCAM!!! If I could have left 0 stars I would have. After waiting over a month for the order to arrive, Roschic sent the wrong item and then refused to make it right. I spent $50 on a pair of pants for my daughter's 21st birthday and got a scrap of material that could barely be considered clothing. The size was big enough to fit a XL person and she is a size 0. The color, style, description was NOWHERE close to what I received. When I reached out to them the best they would refund was $5.00 (OUT OF $50!) and when I asked to ship the item back for a full refund, I was met with constant redirection telling me how expensive customs fees and such were and that they would ALL be my responsibility. They never did provide an actual address for the item to be returned and continued to respond that they would not be responsible for the fees associated with returning the item. I am glad to pay the shipping, but customs?? I am VERY unhappy with this vendor and will NEVER order from them again. I would HIGHLY recommend the old adage...if it's too good to be true then it likely is, be applied that to this fraudulent joke of a business for anyone considering pushing the "buy" button.
AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!!Do not purchase from here. I wish I would have read these prior to my purchase. 1) Items take forever to ship. I had to follow up after over a month and they finally shipped a portion of my order. 2) When I followed up telling them to refund me for the items that had no shipped (since I wanted them for vacation) they ignored this and just mailed the items which have still yet to arrive. 3) Quality is terrible. I knew this would be an issue when I found this site but it’s much worse than I could have imagined. Swimsuits have zero stretch to them and the sticking is terrible. 4) One of the items I purchased was a set and only half of it arrived. When I told them I want to return the item since it’s not in a full set I was told it’s too expensive to return to China but they refund me $5!! $5 for THEIR MISTAKE. This company is terrible with subpar products. Do not purchase.
