Review Time
First of all the dresses was not the material that was described it was supposed to be Linen!!! But was NOT!!! Was not made like the pictures showed. And what to offer me $8.00 to keep the two dresses that i CAN'T wear. Then had the NERVES to tell me it would be cheaper to sell on line THEN to return the two dresses. I am battling with this company (China) for a month. The post service have tried to delivery the two dresses FOUR times. At this point i am just going do a dispute TO get my money back. I work hard for my money to just give it to Roschic company. I DO NOT recommend this company. I give them two stars because that responded a few times by email.
Byers beware… while their refund policy states that you will get a refund.. when you request a return/refund on a $118 order.. this is the response you get Dear Customer,We are very sorry that the product has left you unsatisfied.Return is accepted, but you need cover the return shipping cost.the return address is in China. Actually no stars , avoid at all cost .Pure garbage . Wish I had read these reviews first . Anyway a warning to others They are worse than bad , never seen such shoddy garments , nothing like what they advertise . Their refund is you paying expensive return shipping and customs cost . Here is a copy of an email in respond to refund . I wish I'd have looked on here before buying. Ended up with a dress that was nothing like the photo. Also arrived with a damaged zip and a hole in it. They said I could return for full refund but I had to pay postage to china (very expensive) or they would allow me to keep it (as if I want it when it's broken and nothing like what I ordered) and they will refund me 3$ ..... a whole 3$!! 🙈 honestly this company is not good. The communication is terrible also. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The absolute worst online shopping experience. It’s not legit. I contacted them a few days after ordering to check the status and they sent back a broken English with typos saying they would work on getting it shipped. A week later I contacted them to cancel and received the exact same message back that they were preparing the order. I continued to say cancel it. Got confirmation it shipped eventually. I ordered on 4/27. It is now 5/22 and I have been notified by USPS that the package was seized due to counterfeit postage. Complete waste of time and money.
