Zero stars, literally the worst experience with a company I’ve ever had. Worse quality than SHEIN for 5X the price. Also took MUCH longer to come in than the estimate it gave (almost 3 months) and you can forget getting any sort of refund. Still haven’t received two of the five items I purchased.
Picturesque Beauty Tulle Floral Pleated One Shoulder Sleeve Slit Maxi DressThis dress arrived and does not match picture or description on website. There are slits on both sides of the dress in the torso exposing the full side of my boobs. The website shows fabric there. Additionally, the flower on the waist is a separate felt piece for me to clip on that is significantly smaller and not as full as pictured.Contacted via support email 3x, no reply, websites states 24 hour response time and it's been over a week.
Product is not the same as the ones shown on the website. On the website the item looks like it is made with a different, higher quality material than the one you get. Do not purchase from this seller unless you know for sure you won’t return it, because you must return it to China. You can not track your package all the way to its delivery point so delivery is not guaranteed, so don’t bother paying for tracking. It can only be tracked until it leaves your home country. They offered me $5 to keep the $60 dollar dress that had a hem improperly sewn and was made with a very cheap polyester material. They were terrible with customer service. They just stop replying to you. Save your money. There are much better sites to shop on.
