Wonderful experience

Working with the owner, Annette, was a pleasure. Even over the Memorial Day weekend, she responded quickly to my emailed question. She met my request, sent me an amended invoice, and mailed the ring as soon as the USPS was open again. The ring is just lovely. It is Victorian, and just perfect. I would not hesitate to purchase from Annette again.

High resolution close ups of items and easy check out

They sent an email showing that items I personally selected were on sale. Very easy sign in and check out system. I liked the fact that they verified it was me before I checked out. It's hard to purchase vintage items on a website. It's about the little details of an item. They allowed me to change backgrounds and to do ultra close ups.

I tried making an offer

I tried making an offer. It was rejected, too low. But Ruby Lane does not allow another offer being made for that item. What kind of buggary is that???Of course Ruby Lane says just contact the seller. The problem, seller said only accepts offers via the make offer function. So, Ruby Lane, why not allow more than one offer?????
