The beautiful ice bucket I recently purchased was even better than the photographs--the vendor was very prompt in answering a question, and the item arrived perfectly and safely packed, exactly when promised. I now have a new online source for beautiful and unusual finds!
I'm going to leave the same review I always do seeing as how Ruby Lane never reads them nor fixes what is broken in the customer experience.Every vendor (except one and he left RL a decade ago) has been wonderful in terms of truthful descriptions of products, reliability, quality of merchandise offered, shipping, answering questions. However - the customer service apparatus is the most confusing, confounding and UNhelpful web experience I have ever had. Been complaining about it for - 20 years, maybe? That section of the website needs a complete overhaul. No one at RL reads these reviews.
There should be seller rating , the stupid platinum badges that shows how many sales seller had is so useless. Not the best experience. Also Site is not buyer friendly and difficult to use (no I’m not old, just in the 30s). First and last time I shop here. Competitor sites are better.
