I was very pleased with my first purchase and expect to be equally pleased with this one. Better pricing than at a retail jeweler. Update, I got my diamond necklace and I love it. Antique dealers should not be paying…

Antique dealers should not be paying tax when items are bought for resale. No provision appears to be made to get dealers tax i.d. numbers to facilitate this.It limits purchases on Ruby Lane.

I don’t understand this payment method

I don’t understand this payment method. I chose to pay by credit card, entered my credit card information, clicked Submit, and then was taken to another page where I was told, “Thanks! Now you need to pay!” and then given blank fields to enter my CC information AGAIN. I buy almost everything online and have no idea what is going on here, and the website provides no explanation of why I need to enter my information twice. Did my order go through? What charges will appear on my credit card statement? Who knows????
