I decided to run a shop in Rubylane, but the sales volumes here far exceeded my projections and I lacked the resources to continue. So I ceased operations here.Since then, however, Rubylane has refused to refund me the principal I invested. They are constantly demanding additional money from me. With the latest amount they are asking for, they are asking for almost double my money. In other words, in order to pay me back my money, they want to confiscate my money, demanding amounts I cannot afford.

Purchased an item and had a very positive experience. Ordering and payment online was easy and smooth. Confirmation sent my email address promptly. Also received an email from the owner of the shop from which I made the purchase, thanking me and informing me when the item would be shipped. Communication was great from the seller and the online site.
