I really like Ruby Lane. Their policies are consistent across vendors, which makes me more comfortable. They hold their vendors to very high standards of behavior with their customers. Websites are very easy to use with good consistent functionality. Nice way to run a business!
I just stumbled across the website, trying to find a unusual sized Crock Lid and here was a terrific picture. My crock has more Blue than Yellow but the rest of the lid matched perfectly and is a Butter Churn crock but decided to just use a plain lid. Looks Fantastic! Getting all signed up for payment was easy and the turn around time was better than expected (USPS). Eileen and Harold wrapped the lid "so well" I was impressed, for I was a little bit worried it would have broken in transit. The entire experience will make me continue shopping with Ruby Lane!
