Product is brilliant but don’t order directly with Rumi order from Amazon will arrive on time. I have an issue with my order not arriving and despite 2 messages to customer services heard nothing. Such a shame as I had a lovely email from them thanking me for me first order and was pleased I had made that decision to support business but won’t be going direct again!
I bought the blush and the highlighter for the first time and I absolutely love them. Just enough color and looks so natural and feels so good on my skin. Next time, I will order the bundle! It’s my second time ordering the mascara and the lash treatment, and I love those, too. Rumi is great brand!
I purchased VolumeCare+ Mascara and the waterproof eyeliner due to the excellent customer reviews and the family-run business overview. The customer service from placing my order to receiving my goods was excellent 👍 I have hooded, droopy eyes (family genetics) and it has been challenging over the years to find a good product to complement my eyes without looking like a panda or the hoods of my eyes flattening my lashes but I can honestly and sincerely say I have now and I couldn’t be happier. I put on my mascara and eyeliner this morning at 7.30am and my eyes were still very much alive at 19.30pm this evening - Brilliant 🤩 Amazing products which I will continue to use 🙏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This mascara is amazing! I have very sensitive eyes and mascaras tend to leave me with stinging, smudging, and watery eyes. Not this one!! Easy to wear and remove and such a lovely company to shop with. Happy to be treating other family members with some to try this year Thank you & Merry Chrissy!
I have been using the mascara for months now and love it!I have recommended to friends and recently bought 3 to give as Christmas presents.I had a problem with one of the mascaras - it was quite clumpy so I contacted customer services who sent a replacement .Excellent service. Highly recommend
