Review Time
My first order ever I placed with Rumi a few weeks ago. I thought I’d ordered a mascara, but when it arrived it was in fact an eye-liner. As I don’t normally wear eyeliner I quickly contacted Rumi stating that the wrong item had been sent. They immediately got back to me and apologised and without any hesitation whatsoever said they would be sending me a complimentary mascara straight away. This indeed they did and I must say the mascara is the longest-lasting one I have ever owned, apply it in the morning and there it stays till I remove it at night. I just love it. As for the eye-liner, well I did try it and couldn’t believe how easily it was to apply and, like the mascara, I apply in the morning and there it stays. For the first time in my life I will be including eye-liner (but only a Rumi one) as part of my regular make-up routine. Family and friends have noticed a change in my make-up too and been very complimentary, which, of course, is an added bonus. It goes without saying that I will be reordering both items when they run out. I am very impressed with both the Rumi customer service and also their products and as a woman of mature years it’s just reassuring to find make-up products that obviously lend themselves to users of my age. Thank you Rumi from a very happy customer.
I love the mascara and the blusher stick! The mascara doesn't clog or clump and manages to get all the tiny lashes you can hardly see. The blusher stick is fab - very easy to blend and gives a gentle glow without being too obvious.
Based on other reviews, I purchased Rumi mascara a few months ago and have to say it’s lived up to expectations! It does everything it promises - looks really good, easy to apply, doesn’t smudge, and easy to remove with water. It’s now a staple in my makeup routine. Customer service has been excellent too, with prompt delivery and good comms. Highly recommend.
Best mascara ever. I have short fair top eyelashes and almost non- existent bottom lashes. Rumi lengthens and strengthens (I’m 57). So impressed with the mascara I thought I’d try the eyeliner- I wanted a smooth glide on, smudge-proof .. yet I wanted it to stay on throughout the day. This Rumi eyeliner does exactly all of that. Super impressed and a total convert 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I’m a big fan of these products. Having a mascara that looks so good AND is good for my lashes is a revelation! I tried a different brand of lash enhancing serum a while ago, which had an incredible effect for a short while, but then absolutely destroyed my lashes. Rumi has nursed them back to health without having to compromise on how I would like to look (when I choose/want to wear makeup).
I am a "more mature" woman and these products are fantastic. I have tried at least 5 other lash serums and none have worked like this one. Once my lashes grew back (yes, a portion was totally gone) I used the mascara and it made them look WOW. Just like their video. I've never had brows but with the tinted gel they accentuate my face. So happy I purchased the serum, mascara, brow gel, eyeliner and makeup remover!
