I would 100% purchase the VolumeCare + Mascara again. It is a fantastic product and hands down the best mascara I have ever used. Having previously been a fan of Lancôme hypnose. I am 55, it gives me length and volume only ever achieved before by false eyelashes. It doesn’t clump, smudge and stays put all day, also easy to remove. The customer service of this company is first class. You are not just an order number. Thank you.
For the first time ever I have mascara that doesn't make my eyes water, doesn't leave me with panda eyes, and on those late nights out when I don't take my mascara off before going to bed, there is no transfer on my pillow. The eyeliner is lovely, you can apply it light or heavy and it doesn't end up all over your face.... The multipurpose colour stick is extremely handy as well for those busy days, a couple of days here and there and that's it.
I too don’t usually buy anything based on an ad I see on social media but in my quest for the perfect mascara I thought I’d be courageous and make an exception. Customer service at Rumi was superb! Even though I had a silly question. They sship all the way to Finland. And the mascara is absolutely amazing! It makes my lashes really long and it’s not dry or flaky. You can easily put multiple layers. I definitely can recommend!!!

Over the years I've tried many brands of cosmetics, none of which compare to the quality of Rumi cosmetiques. None of the products has irritated my eyes or skin. The mascara is the best I've found on the market. It smoothly delivers volume without clumping and looks just as fresh and good at the end of the day since first application. The eyeliner is easy to apply and again stays in place and fresh looking all day. The blush and highlighter have transformed my skin from greyed out living death to healthy and natural-looking colouring. Oh my word, the makeup remover is exceptional, again the best on the market that I've found. I am so glad I've found Rumi Cosmetiques for their commitment to customer service, attention to appropriate updates on orders, prompt, can-do responses to queries and high-quality products that work. Yes, the prices may seem a little high, but I feel I get far more value in product and service quality. I intend to remain a loyal & repeat customer. I can't put a value on how much better I feel about myself wearing these products. (Don't judge, I'm having a hard time and makeup is helping me). I do recommend anyone
It’s out of character for me to be swayed by online adverts and to venture far from products I have used for years but I purchased Rumi mascara nonetheless. Since then I have emailed the company and posted an online review on Instagram announcing both surprise and delight. Surprise because the product arrived so quickly and does exactly what it claims to do and delight because my lashes look incredible! Like I said, I’m not an impulse buyer but this product deserves every word of credit. I love it!
