This is the first time I have used this company and it won't be the last.I'm a 67 year old with thin short eyelashes and I've never been successful finding a decent mascara, so obviously I was a bit sceptical when I ordered from Rumi, but I needn't have been because it's brilliant. I haven't had eyelashes this long for years!A massive bonus for me is that it's cruelty free.The communication with Rumi has been excellent too, very friendly and efficient. Thank you 😊
I bought an eyeliner from them - it was the opposite to what they described as in it was so dry that it wouldn’t glide on easily as they said. They claim to refund if disatisfied with an Item and to contact them. I have over the past 10days sent over 10 emails and filled in contact forms on their website but still nothing back - really frustrating and wouldn’t go near this company again as product expensive and a con
I received my eyeliner today It’s supposed to go on smoothly and not drag the delicate skin under your eyes. It drags the skin and there’s no colour under your eyes unless you dig the pencil in your skin and even then you can’t see any colour. It wasn’t cheap and is not fit for purpose as far as I’m concerned A complete and utter waste of money. If this was a British firm I would report them to Trading Standards! Be warned!
I have tried and tried to get some response to my complaint about the volume + mascara I bought on the back of rave reviews. It is awful. The wand constantly overloads with gunky mascara that goes on unevenly and in clumps. I also find it very difficult to remove. I have asked to return for a refund but have had no response.
I absolutely love the mascara and use it all the time. So for that I’d give it 5*I was taken by the claims of the lush line eyeliner, claims it doesn’t drag and great for more mature eyes.Well I’m sorry but I’ve just got mine and it most definitely drags your eyelids. It’s quite dry so does not go on smoothly. I’m really disappointed in this product. ADDED NOTE.Beware that despite the response from Rumi states a full refund and a replacement will be sent out, what they actually mean is either or. NOT both. And my refund was £11 for a £21 eye liner. Suffice to say I’m not impressed at all with their customer service. It's now a month since I ordered the eyeliner for mature eyes, a month since payment was taken from my account. I still haven't received my order so have no idea how good the product is. What I'd like is some customer service. Where is my order?
