My package has not been delivered without solution!

My package has not been delivered yet. By asking Rumi they did not regonized their own tracking number and I had to prove my order en payment. After that I did not hear anything from them. Worthless customer service!

I complained about the eye liner and they just ignored my emails. very poor product and no customer service. they just ignore emails and send AI generated responses but dont follow up.

I bought a Mascara and Eyeliner a while ago

I bought a Mascara and Eyeliner a while ago which I am not happy with, the mascara is very flaky, and the eyeliner tends to drag. Rumi say satisfaction guaranteed or you're money back, well I have sent in three separate complaints with my details and no one has yet got back to me, their customer service is really bad, and to make things worse, I have just been sent two texts off them to thank me for my recent purchases and to advertise more make up. I CAN'T MAKE THEM OUT AT ALL.Why don't they just answer my complaints and sort this problem out for me. I will not be bothering with this company again. Sylvia.

Was shipped from a company called Lan Bo

I ordered the hair magic and within 25 mins realised I wanted to change to a different colour. All I got was an AI chat. A few days later someone contacted me and said it had been shipped and they didn’t have the colour I wanted anyway. The product was shipped from a company called Lan Bo in china. Honestly not what a thought

Awful

I’ve just received my mascara and grey eyeliner. It took a long time to receive in the UK and then after One day of using the eyeliner, it has completely broken. Came apart inside despite one days usage. It’s not even hot hence melting it just dissolved and broke up. Not happy with this very AI generated marketing. Don’t fall for it.

Made in China

I received my mascara and the packaging says ‘made in China’. I definitely would not have bought this product had I realised. It is an expensive product and I feel like I have been ripped off. I will not risk using as I am concerned about the ingredients and the validity of how they have been tested and harmful irritants. I thought this was a European product. Misleading advertising. Updated 9th Sept: The order number (183553 ) was provided on 1st Sept, but as of today (9th) a refund has not been received. I can return the unopened product if needed and if you could provide a label.

Perfect coverage

I have tried this product and I’m very pleased with the results. It was very easy to use and covered up my grey hair perfectly. Would recommend it to anyone.

I will definitely be ordering more in future

I had a little issue with the tracking number I got sent not being recognised is the tracking system, and got a little suspicious, however customer support were very quick with getting back to me, and although the tracking number never got recognised, my packages arrived within 10 days and I am so happy I didn’t cancel the order because of the tracking issue. I ordered the mascara, hair magic and instant glow and I love all of them. They are exactly what they promise and for sure I will be ordering more. Very nice quality.

It’s the customer service that really let them down

I bought the waterproof mascara and eyeliner from Rumi. Whilst the mascara was great, the eyeliner was terrible. It wasn’t leaving any kind of mark on my eyelid for some reason, I sharpened it, still nothing. Then I pressed harder and it just broke. It was probably just a faulty item, so I asked to return it and for a refund in line with their policy on their website….& nothing. Their customer service has been awful. I have emailed a number of times. I have contacted via their customer contact page a couple of times and have just been ignored. It’s awful. I would have bought the mascara again at least but now I won’t buy anything as I just don’t want to deal with them again. It’s not like the items are cheap, and I just wanted to return something that wasn’t usable. I even commended them on the item that was great, which the mascara is! But their customer service is what really lets them down.

Love the mascara

I boughy the mascara to use as a 'work' mascara. However, I love it so much, that this is now my go-to mascara for all occasions. It doesn't move and slide down my face and, much to my daughter's dismay, have slept with it on, and it hasn't moved. It's also easy to clean off with a simple make-up remover.
