Saw the mascara and eye liner duo and thought I would give it a go after trying different brands . This mascara really curls the eye lashes and keeps them looking great all day . Non irritating and the best mascara I have ever used . The eye liner is excellent as well and easy to use . Thoroughly recommend and I have since bought some for my sister as well .
I have been using the Rumi mascara for a long time but recently had a problem where the screw part of the tube had split. I emailed Rumi Cosmetiques back in July enclosing photographs, and heard nothing back. I sent another email - no reply, contacted them via their website - no reply! The following paragraph has been taken directly from their website, which states: "No matter what your question is about our products, the team at Rumi is always on hand to provide prompt and accurate answers. Email us at hello@rumicosmetiques.*** anytime." Well, this is definitely NOT the case! Not one person has had the decency to respond to me so, as far as I'm concerned, their customer service is non-existent. The one star rating reflects how poorly they treat customers, but I will always rate their mascara as 5*, it really is amazing. Shame it's not reflected on how they treat their existing customers!
Rumi Mascara is the BEST mascara I've ever tried! It actually GROWS my lashes too! It doesn't smudge (much like the "waterproof" mascaras I've tried over the years) and it washes off with soap and water! I love this mascara and won't try another one. I've landed on my favorite!!
I absolutely love Rumi products! Designed for women who have lived a little life, rather than youngsters, and to flatter and enhance without irritation or overdoing it. Their new Magic Hairline cover-up is a game changer. So much easier to apply than any other product and looks and feels completely natural. Highly recommend this and the rest of their range.
I bought the mascara and eyeliner together and the mascara is lovely but the eyeliner is very disappointing. The top broke off when first using it so had to twist it up a little straight away and it is so hard to get a line. Works on my hand or on a tissue but I have to drag it on my eyelid to get anything and this does not look good.Tried to contact by email 3 times and through the contact page on the website during the last week but no response or even an acknowledgment whatsoever. Talk about bad customer service!Very very disappointing and as for the eyeliner it’s a complete waste of money. Would not recommend this company Thanks for your reply however you ask for photos to send to your address which I have but you do not respond to this address - I sent 3 emails and one through your website - no response whatsoever - please adviseI have now received a refund-many thanks
On the 10th July I posted a review explaining my recent poor experience with Rumi. I had been hoping the company would see it and respond. Trust Pilot contacted me to say Rumi wanted my details which I duly provided. I have still not heard anything but noticed a lady called Poppy Hill has experienced exactly the same problem. What is happening with the UK part of the company? There must be an issue and I would really like to get to the bottom of it. Is it AI generated responses to good reviews only? Why is it impossible to contact the company? I used to think it was great for customer service & product so what is wrong? The order number is the reference number I put in the details requested by Trustpilot - 172498. I can send all the emails separately but would prefer you contact me directly via email using the email address I also sent
I asked my sister for ideas for her birthday later this month. She suggested Rumi grey eyeliner, so I ordered 1 and face mask, plus an extra eyeliner for myself. It arrived yesterday and wasn’t what I expected, I thought it would be a liquid brush. Anyway it’s like a solid crayon, and when I tried to use it found it didn’t line my eye at all. I then drew a line on my hand, so knew by pressing harder it worked, but tried again and it doesn’t line eye easily, it’s too hard. Not impressed, and very disappointed, what a waste of money!P.S after posting this, I read RUMI reviews, and wish my sister had before suggesting this as her birthday present! I’m now so annoyed! I bought her a face mask and eyeliner, & assuming Rumi had been recommended to her, ordered one for myself! What a waste, £46 odd pounds! I realise it’s going to cost money to return when I’d rather film myself snapping them and not waste returning. I’m fuming!!!!!
This is the first time I have used this company and it won't be the last.I'm a 67 year old with thin short eyelashes and I've never been successful finding a decent mascara, so obviously I was a bit sceptical when I ordered from Rumi, but I needn't have been because it's brilliant. I haven't had eyelashes this long for years!A massive bonus for me is that it's cruelty free. The communication with Rumi has been excellent too, very friendly and efficient. Thank you 😊
