I reserved flight ticket using Safarni and unfortunately due to covid 19 issues all the flight has cancelled from Saudi.I requested many times to cancel my ticket and nobody from Safarni responded yet. this is very bad way to handle the customer, till now i didn't get my refund and i think my money has lost.
I reserved flight ticket and unfortunately due to covid 19 issues flight cancelled Airline and most of the travel agents waived their cancellation and service charges. But this agency SAFARNI took 150 riyals as cancellation service charge. I requested many times they didnt allowed. THEY TOOK 150 saudi riyals . You know the flight charge it was 590 riyals after refund they give me about 430 riyal. THIS IS UTTERLY BAD SERVICE.
Just week ago i booked a flight (Gulf Air) for a weekend off, i paid extra insurance in case i postpone or change my flight 1 time for free, this is an option on the site SAFARNI.COM, so due to some family circumstances i need to change may flight to a later date or maybe cancelled, i called the support desk (Poor English) and told me to send an email, so i sent the email and to my surprise i was told if cancel i will get 276 SAR back from the total price of 1052 (ticket price exclusive insurance 50 SAR) and if i change the date to the following weekend i have to pay 686 SAR, i check on the net and the prices are the same or cheaper.Because of this I lost 776 SAR for nothing and I lost 100 SAR also because I booked seat on Gulf Air, this 100 SAR I can accept because is my extra and nothing to do with the initial booking.So if i calculate i got the difference between cancel (FREE) and new date = 90 SAR!!!!!! Must be some stupid management or some scammers are working there.Please don't book thru this site you have 0 guarantee even if you choose insurance, they are just thieves in this nice Muslim country. Shame on them.
Very hard to get in touch with costumer service. And their cancellation fee is 3 times more of the actual airlines cancellation fee. You cannot cancel your flight by call center, you have to cancel it via email only. You cannot manage your flight via their website at all
I bought my ticket thru their website and on my new Visacard, amount was paid and everything went okay(so I thought ).couple of days later an attempt to process a transction on my visa was made.. and many many other attempts later. Safarni.com was the only website I’ve used this visa on. Be carful when u deal with this website.Never ever buying tickets from it again
