I have a very bad and poor customer care experience with safarni.com. I booked a flight today. When I looked at the price, it was 1335 SR. However, when I attemped to pay, the price increased to 1468 SR, and when I paid, I receive a message indicating that purchases of 1571 SR has been completed. Unfortunately, when I checked my account, the amount debited was 1602 SR. I was unexpectedly shocked. I contacted to given helped line numbers to customer care via phone, no one responded on WhatsApp, phone call & even not reply on email. And my call was disconnected after 20 minutes. Please do not scam your customers.
My experience was excellent with the agency's services, as once I contacted them via WhatsApp, I received a quick response as well as cooperation in resolving the problem. I recommend dealing with them and making sure to read the conditions for paying using credit cards to avoid additional expenses.
