The worst website ever DO NOT book and save your money and time, zero customer service and they just cancel your booking without any reason and there is no way to contact them they never answer your calls, it was my biggest mistake to deal with such untrusted people
I purchased tickets on this website and they never sent me a confirmation. AED 1254.84 they also made an unauthorized transaction of 101.54 AED without my consent. I contacted my bank immediately to cancel the charge and replace my card. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. I tried calling customer support and the numbers are not working..
I have booked a ticket on 29.12.2022 and amount was 1054.90 AED shown in the website and i did authorize only 1 transaction, But surprisingly they deduct 163.94 and when i am trying to contact them they are saying i choose some additional services and they charge me for that is a lie when i am trying to reach them no one answer calls no one responding for email. I request everyone don’t book ticket from safarni.com they do scams fraud people be aware of them. Its a bogus company i want to file a complaint agains them anyone know how to do it ?
Big fraud in the name of cheap Flight TicketsThis is a fraudulent website. I repeat fraud. I had to close my Credit Card and complained to my Bank to cancel this payment. Never ever go to this website. I face the problem on 28-12-2022 in Saudi. I paid 1747 SR and additionally, they took 104SR without my knowledge. 2 transactions were made while I authorize them for 1 transaction only. I googled their review and learned that I'm not the only one who preys on them. The best I did was contact the Bank Stop the Credit Card and filed a fraudulent activity to get my hard-earned money back. Even these people gave me the wrong Booking Reference which can't be used on the flight management booking page. Please friends don't fall prey to them. SAFARI is a cheater.
this website or agency or whatever they call themself it’s fraud, trust me don’t never deal with safarni, Absolutely bad experience. A larger amount was deducted from my card than what appears on the site. They are not helpful at all if I need to change the flight date or any service. No one answers the numbers on the site. I do not advise anyone ever to book anything through this trick.
