Avoid 'Aviod' this site ,I buyed ticket from this site they give me FAKE PNR number,when I call they engaged hours its is all fake even they didn't answer Email ,then I sought out problem with concerned airlines ,and also they show one price on display after that they cut more and more extra chargesIt's best to book online ticket to same airline application never go third parties.
AVOID...AVOID...AVOIDScammiest travel agent since Travel Genio!My booking Riyadh to London was confirmed and got my E-Ticket within 10 minutes, not to mention that I was charged for this booking virtually immediately.Within less than an hour, i have received a badly written email claiming that the Qatar Airways "did not confirm" my booking, which baffles me since i have received an E-Ticket which is normally issued upon confirmation by airliner!!!Upon calling Qatar Airway customer service, which to my surprise was abysmal this time around; contrary to my experience with them, they confirmed that the booking was cancelled by the Travel Agent.Three emails and near 1.5 hrs waiting on the phone to get answers, no sign of anything remotely positive.I will be disputing the transaction with my credit card issuer and deal with this through the bank.Appalling service and customer service!! AGAIN.....AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
One of the worst experiences to buy tickets in my life i did the reservations through wego and I chose this safarni unfortunately and i did the payments 10 minutes later someone texted me to pay 200 dirham extra payment otherwise they cancelled the tocket and i lose my money , this is scam company
Well.. what can I say... it's hard to tell honestly!I'm from Australia. I always check out cheap tickets to go overseas through Dubai, and then to my final destination... I came across Safarni.com and it was cheapest. I had no reason to not book. (I didn't search for any reviews, and it's both good and bad).I booked, and no confirmation email. I signed up to a profile with Safarni.com and it was so simplified and so unrealistic. I tried contacting them. Of course, no answer on any of the numbers, except one of the numbers contacted me on whatsapp automatically... i responded, and they were already asking for money to confirm something. So I'm like... bloody hell! This is a scam!So now i'm thinking, I need to get my money back. They offered my money back. and i'm thinking they will try scam me further.I said to them that I realised they are scammers, and the guy was offended. I asked for a refund and he said they would.NOW HERE'S THE INTERESTING PART...I received an email from them, saying that my seat is not available at that price and I will be refunded. It seemed like a legit email...I wrote back and said, when will it be processed?.....and....15min later.. the money was back in my account!!!!!Now, I was thinking... am I logged into a dummy account website or something???but nope... it was legit... the money was there, and I transferred it straight away to a different online account... You know.. just in case!BUT...I will still now have to cancel that card I used, just in case they start taking money away, since some other people on here have had more transactions on their accounts.BUT.... I received the FULL amount back, to my surprise!so all in all... I am glad they did that, but shouldn't have booked with them in the first place...
one of the worst online website to book tickets, no customer service, no feedback via email and they are fraud.My total ticket cost was 1334 SAR, but they deducted 2027 SAR.i was waiting online for an hour to reach customer service but no response.
