Fluctuation in price during checkout

The pricing keep changes slightly and refreshes the page each time. But finally i paid what am supposed to pay.They also, added couple of cool pages like top destinations and top attractions page.Overall experience good.

Some flights not returning in the selected timeframe

Their recent update, helps me to uncheck unnecessary travel packages while checking out. However, searching for some flights not returning results for available flights for the selected time period.But overall experience, not bad but the website need update and travel guide like most of websites doing.

The worst Service Ever

This Site does not even deserve 1 star for their services. i have booked a flight ticket through their website and the amount I had paid is more with 1077 UAE Dirhams extras from the original price that was mentioned on the website.2408 AED original Price including all. they charged me 3485 AED. and i have tried to call them to check about it and no one have answered my calls or emails or even messages on WhatsApp's. i have tried all the channel to contact them but there is no reply. The worst ever service i had as an experience i do not advice anyone to book from their site.

fraud safarni

As i have booked ticket from this fraud Safarni site, in the month of march 2020.unfortunately due to covid 19 issues all the flight has cancelled from Saudi.and the Emirates Airline flight was also cancelledThen I requested many times to Refund my ticket amount and nobody from Safarni responded properly yet.once they told they will dudect service charges and i told them it was cancelled by airline not by me.from that time they are telling your refund is under process.and not lifting the phone very very bad way to handle the customer service.at the same time i booked for my family ticket on al-mosafar site they have immediately Refund my family ticket Amount.this is very worst way to handle the customer, till now i didn't get my refund.Please Please don't book thru this Safarni site you have 0 guarantee.V.BAD SERVICEV.BAD SERVICEV.BAD SERVICEThanks Imran
