If you are thinking of looking at Saxon 4x4 for a new or used vehicle I would recommend you speak to Mark Flynn. I have just bought a low mileage Audi TT from him. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and never used high pressure sales pitches ( unlike many ). I bought a beautiful car during Lockdown from Saxons. I was sceptical about using them due to online reviews however I had nothing to worry about. A definite reason I carried on with the purchase was Dan Yeoman the salesperson, he let me voice my concerns and any questions I had he patiently talked me through. There were a few issues on the paperwork finance outside of Saxon's control but Stacy continued to iron out the issues and I drove away with a great car - thank you for the top notch communication :)
I have just bought the best car ever, considering there are so many beautiful cars to choose from, I knew as soon as I saw it so amazing just what I was looking for.Sales Specialist Mark Wood was very informative and so helpful he gave us plenty of time considering it was very busy, Mark made buying the car a very pleasant experience. Then Simon prepared all the paperwork, so we really did not have to do a thing.If you are looking to buy a car I highly recommend Saxon 4x4 you will be spoilt for choice and all the staff could not be more helpful.Thank you Mark I love my wonderful new car.

Terrible customer service here one of the worst I have ever experienced.Sales people only want to sell the cars in the showroom rather then cars that are on the website. Little knowledge on the cars.Receptions girls extremely rude and if you don’t fit the profile of being able to afford a car here they’ll simply tell you the sales team are to busy. However someone shortly after me was greeted in a much nicer manner and seen straight away.Cars mileage was advertised incorrectly on the advert and the paperwork given to us on collection mileage was double.Also we had to fight to get car mats which were advertised and seen in the car prior to collection. On the collection day there had disappeared and again unwilling to give them. On collection of the car there was obvious damages which weren’t seen before as it was dark and late. When we pointed them out they said they could do some repair work but not a lot and they were very unwilling to do so. This was extremely disappointing.Still currently awaiting a refund from a previous car which they have failed to return within the correct time frame given.Also we received emails that were rude about us that were accidentally sent to us instead of a co worker at the garage.I would honestly avoid this garage at all cost if possible.
My wife and I bought a car from saxon which we picked up on Monday. I must commend the exceptional service and support we received. Noteworthy is the professionalism of the TWO gentlemen who attended us.Matt, the salesman was outstanding, he took his time to help us find the car that meets our requirements. His response to all our concern was spot on. He was never in a hurry to get rid of us. He also follow up at every point. He made our transaction easy.Angellos arranged our finance and he did with with so much much passion as though he was doing it for himself. Even when initial application was declined, he followed up with other lenders until he nailed it. Angellos will keep you posted on hourly basis with development on your finance application. Just picked our car up this evening from Saxon 4x4. We can't praise Luke Briggs more highly he has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish... None of that sales patter straight to the point just like I asked him to be. We needed a car in a week which he pulled out all the stops to get us in one! I called him up told him what I wanted with not much room for compromise he listened and to my delight he found exactly what we was looking for... We went to look at the car and pointed out everything (I'm very particular) we would like to see refreshed on the body work to make us happy, nothing was a problem. His sales technique is brilliant and I would definitely recommend him to everyone. He has assured us that his after sales care is just as good as his pre sales, as I showed my concerns of some of the reviews on here before we purchased. Luke Briggs is a Gem to Saxon 4x4 and we hope to deal with him again in the future.
